The Conditioning

Athletes and average people have different ways to train: intensities and targets on top of the list!
This doesn't mean they must have different training!
In fact the basic principles of training, conditioning and outcomes are the same, for everyone.

Following those principles we certainly get somewhere.
To achieve our targets we must, then, implement specific components, which are different according to needs and abilities!

When in my Conditioning classes I raise the issue, everyone often seems to have his personal idea of it... my Athletes as well as my non-elite students.

That's exactly what conditioning is: PERSONAL!

Unfortunately the Media often play a negative role, leveling this "personal"touch.

Majority of people  believe/rely in/on some magazines that show "the way" for "6 packs in 3 weeks" or the "latest ultra diet"....
Well, allow me to say that most of this stuff is rubbish!

... I say "most of it", because in everything we can find some truth, helpful to have a better understanding of our body and its complicated processes.
The problem is that we need to be able to part the bad from the good... so we must be more PROACTIVE also in educating our minds.

Yes, I agree, the body functionalities can result quite a blur for the average person, who certainly doesn't want to spend his/her free time learning how body works!

This knowledge though, would save you time, energies and stress when you feel the urge of "shaping" your body after long inactivity or a useless "cycle" of gym..

The first huge false myth of the last 2/3 decades is CARDIO!
